Who we are

What we collect, and why
This website collects personal data in exactly two places:

The legal basis for both is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in replying to a message you sent us. We do not sell or share your data with anyone, and we do not use it for anything beyond the purposes above. We send no newsletter.
Cookies and analytics
This site runs on HubSpot, which sets cookies for analytics and form functionality. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in the banner shown on your first visit, and change your choice at any time. Declining does not limit what you can read here.
Where the data lives
Form submissions are stored in our HubSpot account. HubSpot processes them on our behalf under its data processing agreement.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us, at any time: what data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable form. Write to hello@kirjaa.fi and we will act on it without undue delay. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuojavaltuutettu).
Kirjaa will be proven on real books — three firms, one month, line by line.
When the system can hold a full month, we will run it next to three accounting firms' normal work, on their own books, and hand back a line-by-line comparison against what they actually did. No charge, no obligation. And no date promised, because nothing is built yet.
