## Who we are

**South East 1 OÜ** (Business ID / Y-tunnus 3528872-9), Kirjakatu 6 D 24, 02250 Espoo, is the data controller for the personal data collected on this website. Questions about this policy: [hello@kirjaa.fi](mailto:hello@kirjaa.fi).

## What we collect, and why

This website collects personal data in exactly two places:

| **The pilot application** | Your name, your firm's name, your email address, and your answers on the form | To assess the application and reply to you | Until the pilot programme is concluded, or until you ask us to delete it |
| **The contact form / email** | Your name, your email address, and your message | To answer you | As long as the conversation stays open, or until you ask us to delete it |

The legal basis for both is **your consent**, given when you submit the form, and our **legitimate interest** in replying to a message you sent us. We do not sell or share your data with anyone, and we do not use it for anything beyond the purposes above. We send no newsletter.

## Cookies and analytics

This site runs on HubSpot, which sets cookies for analytics and form functionality. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in the banner shown on your first visit, and change your choice at any time. Declining does not limit what you can read here.

## Where the data lives

Form submissions are stored in our HubSpot account. HubSpot processes them on our behalf under its data processing agreement.

## Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us, at any time: what data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable form. Write to [hello@kirjaa.fi](mailto:hello@kirjaa.fi) and we will act on it without undue delay. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuojavaltuutettu).

The pilot

## Kirjaa will be proven on real books — three firms, one month, line by line.

When the system can hold a full month, we will run it next to three accounting firms' normal work, on their own books, and hand back a line-by-line comparison against what they actually did. No charge, no obligation. **And no date promised, because nothing is built yet.**
