For accounting firms · nothing is built yet

You should never have to turn down a good client.

Firms say no to good clients for one reason: work you cannot check is not capacity — it is risk. Kirjaa is being designed so the work can be checked, line by line.

The same phone call, twice. The only thing that changed: whether the work can be checked.

What we believe

You should never have to take a set of books on faith.

What Kirjaa is the design

It does the books. You answer only the real questions.

What we sell

Provable certainty. Certainty you can check — not certainty you must trust.

Like this — one line of the record, opened:

What that gives an accounting firm

Say yes Take the next client.

When the work can be checked, a new client is no longer the partner's own risk.

The record An answer that survives the person.

In 2035 an inspector asks why. You click the line — the answer is there.

The clocks Deadlines carried by the system.

Every clock is watched by the system — not by someone's memory.

What we will not tell you

Two numbers hold this whole case up, and nobody has measured either one — not us, and not anyone in this market. Seven Finnish vendors publish how much they automate; none was found to publish how often the automation is right, on the pages we checked. We will not invent those numbers.

Unmeasured number 1

How often the system must stop and ask a person. The judgement calls no machine should guess at — how many are there, really?

Unmeasured number 2

How often it is wrong. A price has to cover the cost of being wrong — which is why no price is set yet either.

Measuring them is what the pilot exists to do.

The pilot

Kirjaa will be proven on real books — three firms, one month, line by line.

When the system can hold a full month, we will run it next to three accounting firms' normal work, on their own books, and hand back a line-by-line comparison against what they actually did. No charge, no obligation. And no date promised, because nothing is built yet.

A two-minute application. We reply personally.
