How it works · a design, not a product

How you work today — and how Kirjaa would do it.

The same moments of a Finnish accounting month, drawn twice: on the left, how the work runs on a firm's desk today; on the right, the same moment in Kirjaa. Nothing on the Kirjaa side is built — it is a design, and this page marks every claim for what it is.

What you gain: an answer that survives the person.

Step 14 — keep everything, linked, for ten years. An answer that still holds in 2035.

What you cannot see on this page is whether it works — because the number that would tell you does not exist: how often the system must stop and ask a person, and how often it is wrong. Seven Finnish vendors publish how much they automate; none was found to publish how often the automation is right, on the pages we checked. not measured There is only one way to find out: run it against a month of real, finished books, where the right answers are already known — and count. That is exactly what the pilot is.

The pilot

Kirjaa will be proven on real books — three firms, one month, line by line.

When the system can hold a full month, we will run it next to three accounting firms' normal work, on their own books, and hand back a line-by-line comparison against what they actually did. No charge, no obligation. And no date promised, because nothing is built yet.
